Environment Quality Authority (EQA): Lead national coordinating agency, housing both the Cartagena Protocol Primary Focal Point and the Biosafety Clearing-House (BCH) Focal Point. Ministry of Health (MoH): Food safety control, public health labs, and environmental health divisions. Ministry of National Economy (MoNE): Consumer protection, import oversight, and trade controls.
